Shipping policy

Turnaround

Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 3 days. Monday through Friday. 

Carriers  

You will be responsible for choosing and paying for your preferred shipping method during the checkout process.

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carriers and the order marked as fulfilled, Jbm Motorsports can no longer be held accountable for the whereabouts of your orders as it travels through the carrier postal network. If you have question about the whereabouts of your order please contact your shipping carrier customer service to have them help you in locating your package.

Shipping rates  

The rate charge for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location . We do offer free shipping on orders over $75 to United States. 

Incorrect address supplied

If you supplied an incorrect / undeliverable shipping address and your order is returned to us by the shipping carrier we will contact you to confirm the correct address to send your package , before sending it to you again.

Please note that if you provided an incorrect address and we are required to re send a package, you will be responsible for paying additional shipping cost before the package is resent.
