Buyer assumes all responsibility for items purchased once they reached our website.

REturn Policy

All sales are final. No returns, or exchanges. Once your order has been placed, you cannot change the items in your order. Please carefully review your information prior to finalizing your purchase.

If there is an issue with your order, please get in touch with us, and we will be happy to assist you.

For the fastest resolution, please send us a picture and a description of the problem. Once we have verified that the product was damaged, we will send you a replacement or process a refund upon request.

Shipping policy

Turnaround:
Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Monday through Friday.

Carriers:
You will be responsible for choosing and paying for your preferred shipping method during checkout process.

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carriers and order marked as fulfilled, JBM Motorsports can no longer be held accountable for the whereabouts of your order as it travels through the carrier postal network. If you have questions about the whereabouts of your order please contact your shipping carrier customer service to have them help you in locating your package.

Shipping rates:
The rate charge for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and locations. We do offer free shipping on orders over $75.

Incorrect address supplied:
If you supplied an incorrect / undeliverable shipping address and your order is returned to us by the shipping carrier we will contact you to confirm the correct address to send your package, before sending it to you again.

Please note that if you provided an incorrect address and we are required to re-send a package, you will be responsible for paying additional shipping cost before the package is resent.
